Jiangsu Lianyungang Port Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in loading and unloading of cargos in port, as well as warehousing management business. The Company deals with bulk coal, coke, nonferrous metal ores, iron and steel, aluminum oxide, cement, glued boards, cereal and industrial machinery, among others. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province, China. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two subsidiaries and three affiliates, which involved in port cargos handling, packaging and transportation, cargo container transport and transit, construction and operation of storage facilities, passenger and freight shipping transportation, international freight forwarding agency, as well as design and construction of ship engineering projects.
