The Company is the port operator in the Three Northeastern Provinces of China (collectively, Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province and Liaoning Province). It is principally engaged in the businesses, which include oil/liquefied chemicals terminal and related logistics services; container terminal and related logistics services; automobile terminal and related logistics services; ore terminal and related logistics services; general cargo terminal and related logistics services; bulk grain terminal and related logistics services; passenger and roll-on, roll-off terminal and related logistics services, and port value-added services and ancillary port operations. It operates in eight segments: Oil segment, Container segment, Automobile Terminal segment, Ore segment, General Cargo segment, Bulk Grain segment, Passenger and Ro-Ro segment, and value-added and supporting services.
