Shanghai Qiangsheng Holding CO.,Ltd. is principally engaged in operation of taxis, as well as maintenance, distribution and leasing of automobiles. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Shanghai and Suzhou, Jiangsu province, China. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company obtained approximately 44%, 23%, 20% and 13% of its total revenue from taxi operation, automobile maintenance, automobile distribution and real estate distribution, respectively. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 12 major subsidiaries, which involved in taxi operation, automobile leasing, automobile repairing and maintenance, automobile distribution, advertisement business and real estate development. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company completed the purchase of 100% of seven companies, including Shanghai Bus Taxi Co., Ltd.
