Xiandai Investment Co., Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in investment and operation of roads, bridges, tunnels and ports. The Company also involves in investment of high technology and advertisement businesses, as well as construction, toll collection and maintenance of roads. The Company holds the toll collection and operation rights of expressway from Changsha to Yong鈥檃n, expressway from Changsha to Xiangtan, as well as expressway from Xiangtan to Leiyang. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five subsidiaries and two associates, which involved in futures broking, research and development of electronic monitoring and electronic information systems, engineering project management, property development and publication operation.
