Fujian Expressway Development Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the construction, operation, maintenance and management of expressways, as well as the collection of toll fees. The Company operates three expressways within Fujian Province, including Quan-Xia Expressway, connecting Quanzhou and Xiamen; Fu-Quan Expressway, connecting Fuzhou and Quanzhou; as well as Luo-Ning Expressway, connecting Luoyuan and Ningde. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary, one partially owned subsidiary and one associate, which involved in the operation and management of expressways
