The Company operates, maintains and manages Chongqing Niujiaotuo Bridge, Yangtze Shibanpo Bridge, Jialingjiang Shimen Bridge, Jialingjiang Jiahua Bridge and Nanshan Tourism Road. The Company also involves in construction of bridges, roads and infrastructures, as well as construction of software industrial park. The Company operates its businesses principally in Chongqing, China. On June 28, 2010, the Company sold out the beneficial interest of Tianjiang Kunchen Equity Trust.
