The Company operates in three business segments: marine engineering, construction and structural steel engineering, and sale of vessels. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include China Famous Limited, UDL Marine (Singapore) Pte Limited, UDL Argos Engineering & Heavy Industries Company Limited, UDL Contracting Limited, UDL Dredging Limited, UDL Employment Services Limited, UDL Ship Management Limited, and Net Excel Management Limited.On September 30, 2008, the Company acquired the remaining 50% issued share capital of Press United Logistics Limited (Press Limited) from Ying Kee Newspaper Agency Limited. On August 1, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Lead Ocean Assets Management Limited and Net Excel Management Limited from Harbour Front Limited.
