Shun Cheong Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in provision of building related maintenance services and hotel and restaurant operations. The Company operates in two business segments: the building services contracting and maintenance business, which consists of the provisions of building related maintenance services and the hotel business, which consists of the hotel and restaurant operations in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include: Aykens Holdings Limited, Open Land Holdings Limited and Hopland Enterprises Limited, which are engaged in investment holding; Ever Billion Engineering Limited, engaged in provision of building and electrical maintenance services; Shun Cheong Real Estates Limited, engaged in property holding, and Tinhawk Company Limited, engaged in installation and maintenance of water pumps, fire prevention and fighting systems.
