China Solar Energy Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company operates in three segments: photovoltaic business, strategic investments and capital market activities, and financing. Photovoltaic business segment is engaged in the development and manufacturing of solar cells, modules and panels for generating solar electric power. Strategic investments and capital market activities segment includes participation in primary and secondary securities market, and provision of capital market advisory services. Financing segment includes the provision of commercial and personal loans. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company disposed of its subsidiaries, Golden Chino Limited and Capital View Investments Limited to independent third parties. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include REXCAPITAL Group Limited, Eaglefly Technology Limited, China Solar Energy Group Limited, Add Result Holdings Limited and REXCAPITAL International Holdings Limited.
