Johnson Electric Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company together with its subsidiaries is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of motion systems. The Company serves a range of industries include automotive, home technologies, domestic appliances, power tools, office products, industrial equipment, consumer goods, medical devices and infrastructure automation. The Company has two operating segments: Manufacturing and Trading. The manufacturing operating segment derives its revenue primarily from the manufacturing and sale of motion systems. Manufacturing is divided into three divisions (Automotive Products Group (APG), Industry Products Group (IPG) and Other Manufacturing Businesses. The trading operating segment is principally engaged in trading of goods and materials not manufactured by the Company.
