Vision Values Holdings Limited, formerly New World Mobile Holdings Limited, is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the provision of network solutions and project services, aircraft leasing and property investment business. It operates in three segments: network solutions and project services, aircraft leasing, and property investment. It has operations in two geographical areas: Hong Kong, which involves network solutions and project services, and Mainland China. On March 1, 2010, it completed the acquisition of Glory Key Investments Ltd. (Glory Key), which was engaged in the aircraft leasing business. The principal asset of Glory Key is a Gulfstream G200 aircraft. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, over 95% of its revenue was generated from the network solutions and project services segment. Its subsidiaries include Cyber On-Air (Asia) Limited, Jetco Technologies Limited and Lipro Prosper Limited.
