Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Expressway) is an investment holding company. Zhejiang Expressway is an infrastructure company principally engaged in investing in, developing and operating high-grade roads. The principal activities of the Company consists of the operation, maintenance and management of high grade roads, development and operation of certain ancillary services, such as advertising, automobile servicing and fuel facilities, as well as provision of security broking service and securities trading. The Company operates in three segments: toll operation, which is engaged in the operation and management of high grade roads and the collection of the expressway tolls; service area and advertising businesses, which is engaged in the sale of food, restaurant operation, automobile servicing, operation of petrol stations and design and rental of advertising billboards along the expressways, and securities operation, which is engaged in the securities broking and trading.
