China Tian Lun Gas Holdings Limited is principally engaged in the gas pipeline connections operation and transportation and sales of pipelined gas operation in Henan Province. It operates gas pipeline connections by providing property developers and commercial and industrial users with laying and installation. It transports, distributes and sells pipelined natural gas or coal gas in three urban areas of Henan Province. The Company also distributes and sells compressed natural gas (CNG) as vehicular fuel, or CNG, through the CNG filling stations operated by it in two of its operating cities. CNG sold from its CNG filling stations is compressed by the Company鈥檚 own facilities from the pipelined natural gas, which is supplied to the Company by its suppliers. As at June 30, 2010, it owned and operated one CNG filling station in Hebi City and another in Xuchang City. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company鈥檚 CNG sales volume was 3.2 million cubic meters.
