Zhongyu Gas Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in the development, construction and operation of natural gas and coal bed gas projects in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. Its business segments are sale of piped gas, connection revenue from gas pipeline construction, sales of liquefied petroleum gas, operation of compressed natural gas (CNG) filling stations, sales of coal bed methane gas, and sales of stoves and related equipment. Regarding its downstream natural gas distribution business, it acquired two additional piped gas projects, during the year ended December 31, 2009, making a total of 11 downstream projects in aggregate. As of December 31, 2009, the Company drilled 33 vertical wells in Jiaozuo and all of them have entered into dewatering and releasing process. As of December 31, 2009, the Company operated five CNG filling stations. On September 7, 2009, it acquired Nanjing Yulian Compressed Gas Company Limited.
