One Media Group Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the publication, marketing and distribution of Chinese language lifestyle magazines. The Company鈥檚 magazines can be divided into three categories, such as entertainment and fashion, technology and automotive. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company published three magazines in Hong Kong, such as Ming Pao Weekly (MP Weekly), Hi-Tech Weekly (HT Weekly) and Top Gear Hong Kong. In October 2009, the Company published Hong Kong Voyage, which was a cover-to-cover advertising guide of shopping, and food and beverages in Hong Kong. Hong Kong Voyage was distributed as a supplement of MING. The Company鈥檚 revenue primarily comprises advertising revenues from its magazine titles. It publishes two weekly and one monthly titles in Hong Kong. Its Ming Pao Weekly is the entertainment/celebrity/lifestyle magazine in Hong Kong.
