The Company has two segments: Pharmaceutical and biotech products business, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products including primary products Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate for injection and other medicine, and Exploration of mineral resources, which involves exploration of copper, multi-metal and non-ferrous mineral resources. Its subsidiaries include Heroway Limited, Yunnan Nominees Limited, Yunyu Holdings Limited, Gansu Tianda Mining Limited, Yunnan Tianda Mining Limited and Tianda Mining (Yunnan) Limited.
