Hilong Holding Limited is a People鈥檚 Republic of China-based, non-state owned integrated oilfield equipment and service provider with a focus on drill pipes, line pipe and oil country tubular goods (OCTG) coatings and oilfield services. The Company鈥檚 segments include oil and gas equipment production, including the production of drilling pipes which are used in drilling exploration or production wells for oil and gas producers; coating materials production and coating service provision, including the production of coating materials for anticorrosive purpose and provision of coating services (the interior of the drilling pipes need to be coated with anticorrosive chemicals), and oilfield services provision, including the provision of well drilling services to oil and gas producers. The Group acquired 45% equity interest in Shandong Shengli Oil Field Wuhua Tube-Cote Pipe Coating Co., Ltd. in September 2010, from Hailong International.
