Shanghai Tonva Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in trading of asphalt, trading of fuel oil, provision of logistic services and road and bridge construction in the People鈥檚 Republic of China (PRC). The Company offers one-stop solutions to customers ranging from procurement, storage and delivery of asphalt and fuel oil. The Company鈥檚 asphalt and fuel oil trading business geographically covers the downstream region of the Yangtze River and some inland provinces. Its logistics services cover vehicle transportation, waterway transportation, inland water transportation and the storage of asphalt and fuel oil products. At 31 December 2009, the Company is organised into four main business segments: Sales of asphalt; Sales of fuel oil; Provision of logistic services, and Road and bridge construction.
