Huayu Expressway Group Limited (Huayu Expressway) is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the construction, operation and management of an expressway in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company鈥檚 project, Sui-Yue Expressway (Hunan Section), is a dual three-lane expressway with a length of approximately 24.08 kilometers. As of December 31, 2009, its Sui-Yue Expressway (Hunan Section) was under construction. Its subsidiaries include Top Talent Holdings Limited, Good Sign Limited, Bright Regent Limited and Hunan Daoyue Expressway Industry Co., Ltd. On April 13, 2009, Good Sign Limited acquired 905 interest in Hunan Daoyue Expressway Industry Co., Ltd from Shenzhen Huayu Investment & Development (Group) Co. Ltd.
