AMS Public Transport Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries is engaged in the provision of franchised public light bus (PLB) transportation services in Hong Kong and cross-boundary public bus transportation services between Hong Kong and the People鈥檚 Republic of China (PRC). The Company鈥檚 immediate holding company is Skyblue Group Limited. The Company has two operating segments: Franchised PLB services and Cross-boundary public bus services. As of March 31, 2011, the Company operates 54 Green Minibus (GMB) routes with 342 GMBs and 201 long-wheeled minibuses were in service, offering space to passengers. On April 1, 2011, the Company acquired 100% shareholding in Hong Kong Maxicab Limited. On 27 April 2011, it disposed its 100% equity interest in Elegant Sun Group Limited and its subsidiaries to Trans-Island Limousine Service Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of the Company.
