Zhong Hua International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in property investment and development in Mainland China and has two property interests, one in Chongqing and the other in Guangzhou. The Company operates in two segments: the property investment segment, which invests in properties located in Mainland China for rental income potential and the corporate and others segment, which provides management services to group companies. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include China Land Realty Investment (BVI) Limited, Chongqing Smart Hero Real Estate Development Company Limited, Smart Hero (Holdings) Limited, Proland International Technology Limited and Zheng Da Real Estate Development Company Limited.
