Coastal Greenland Limited is investment holding company. The Company together with its subsidiaries is engaged in property development, property investment and provision of property management services. The company operates in three segments: the property development segment is engages in the development of properties for sale in the People鈥檚 Republic of China; the property investment segment invests in commercial and residential properties located in the People鈥檚 Republic of China for their rental income potential and/or for capital appreciation, and the property management segment is engages in the management of properties in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. During the year ended 31 March 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in Shenyang Zhong Guang Bei Fang Ying Shi Cheng Co., Ltd. During 2011, the Company completed the acquisition development projects, which includes of Dalian Jianzhu Project and Dalian Jianzhu Project.
