It is engaged in real estate development, large-scale new towns planning and development, property leasing and hotel operations in Mainland China. It operates in five segments: property development segment, land development segment, property leasing segment, hotel operations segment and corporate and other operations segment. The property development segment develops and sells residential and commercial properties. The land development segment provides land infrastructure development and construction of ancillary public facilities. The property leasing segment leases offices and commercial properties owned by the Company. The hotel operations segment provides hotel accommodation, hotel catering and conference hall services. The corporate and other operations segment consists of, principally, golf course operations and the provision of property management services.
