Hengli Properties Development (Group) Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is principally engaged in property letting, sales of land use rights and developed properties, and investment holdings in the People鈥檚 Republic of China (PRC). The Company operates in two segments: Projects in Fujian Province, which is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties for sales in Fujian Province and Projects in Zhejiang province, which is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties for sales, as well as leasing of properties to earn rental income in Zhejiang Province. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include China Fair Land (Shenyang) Limited, China Fair Land (Suzhou) Limited, China Fair Land (Ningbo) Limited, Amazing Wise Limited, Dalong Industrial Group Limited and Flying Hope Investments Limited.
