Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. It operates in five segments: property development, which develops and sells properties in the People鈥檚 Republic of China; property investment, which comprises leasing of investment properties; property agency services, which provides property agency and other related services; property operation services, which provides property management, installation of security systems and other related services, and hotel operations, comprises provision of hotel accommodation, hotel management and related services, food and beverage sales and other services. As of December 31, 2010, it had eight completed projects or phases of projects in Dongguan, Yixing, Shenzhen, Guilin, Chengdu and Tianjin, with a total gross floor area of approximately 554,242 square meters and provided approximately 479,537 square meters of saleable area. On December 24, 2010, it acquired Guilin Juhao Property Development Limited.
