Dynamic Global Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company operates in four segments: Property development, which is engaged in development and sale of properties in Shanghai; Property leasing, which is engaged in leasing of property in Harbin for rental income and resort operation in Nanzhang; Right to receive royalty fee, which is engaged in royalty fee related to the royalty right leasing in Zhuhai, and Trading of goods, which includes trading of goods in Harbin and Binzhou. The Company operates in People鈥檚 Republic of China and Hong Kong. Its subsidiary includes Dynamic Global Development Limited. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company acquired Zhuhai City Xiang Quan Hotel. On April 8, 2009, Dynamic Progress Development Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, acquired 30% interest in Zhuhai Rongye Technology Development Limited. On April 20, 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of an intangible asset through acquisition of a subsidiary.
