Chuang's China Investments Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in property investment and development, manufacturing and sale of watch components and merchandise, securities investment and trading. It operates in three segments: property investment and development, sale of goods and services, and others and corporate. The Company operates in three geographical areas, which include Hong Kong, the People鈥檚 Republic of China and other countries. As of March 31, 2010, the Company鈥檚 properties included Chuang's New City, Chuang's Le Papillon, Changsha Projects, Chuang's New Town, Chuang's Le Printempts and Xiamen Mingjia Binhai. It provides property management and services to the residents of the projects it has developed. The services include security management, maintenance, operation of clubhouse, gardening and landscaping and other customer services.
