Agile Property Holdings Limited (Agile) is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in property development, property management, property investment and hotels operation. It operates in four business segments: property development, property management, hotel operations and property investment. As of December 31, 2010, the Company owned a diversified portfolio of 70 projects in various stages of development in 26 different cities and districts, such as China in Hainan, Shanghai, Nanjing, Changzhou, Chengdu, Xi鈥檃n, Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhongshan, Huizhou and Heyuan. Its subsidiaries include Eastern Supreme Group Limited, Agile Property Land Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Agile Majestic Garden Real Estate Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Panyu Agile Realty Development Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Huadu Agile Realty Development Co., Ltd.
