Zhong An Real Estate Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in property development, leasing and hotel operation. During the year ended December 31, 2010, its property development projects were all located in Zhejiang and Anhui Provinces, the People鈥檚 Republic of China. It has four segments: the property development, which develops and sells properties in the People鈥檚 Republic of China; the property rental, which leases investment properties in the People鈥檚 Republic of China; the hotel operations, which owns and operates a hotel, and the others segment comprises, principally, the Company鈥檚 property management services business, which provides management and security services to residential and commercial properties. As of December 31, 2010, its land banks included Ning Wei Town; Huifeng Plaza; Yinlong Bay, Wenyan Town; International Office Center, Phase A; Chunan County, Qiandaohu Town, and Xiaoheshan in Yuhang District.
