The property development segment includes development, sale, rental and management of properties. The education projects segment includes leasing of campus and equipment, investment and management of education projects. On October 30, 2008, the Company disposed its equity interests in Shenyang Pollon Finance Building Management Company Limited. On March 28, 2008, the Company disposed its 60% equity interests in Shenyang Development Property Management Company Limited. On September 25, 2008, the Company disposed its interests in Shenyang Development Beida Education Science Park Company Limited.
