Exceed Company Ltd. (Exceed) designs, develops and wholesales footwear, apparel and accessories under the Xidelong brand name. The Company has three categories of products: footwear, which consists of running, leisure, basketball, skateboarding, canvas, tennis and outdoor footwear; apparel, which consists of sports tops, pants, jackets, track suits and coats, and accessories, which consists of bags, socks, hats and caps. During the year ended December 31, 2010, its footwear, apparel and accessories represented 46.9%, 52% and 1.1%, respectively, of its total revenue. During 2010, its primary footwear was running footwear, which represented 17.6% of its total revenue.
