Soundwill Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company operates in five business segments: property assembling business, which is engaged in properties assembly and trading; property development, which is engaged in property development and sale of properties; property leasing, which is engaged in property rental, including signage rental; building management and other services, which is engaged in provision of property management, repairs and maintenance services, and urban infrastructure, which is engaged in urban infrastructure development. The Company operates in Hong Kong and People鈥檚 Republic of China. On December 24, 2009, Shan Shui Huacheng Property Management Company Limited, a subsidiary held by the Company through Soundwill Real Estate (China) Limited acquired 100% interest in Zhuhai Doumen Hengfeng Building Materials Trading Company Limited.
