As of July 31, 2010, it holds 100% interest in Hotel Fortuna, Foshan, a hotel with 408 rooms located at Le Cong Zhen, Shun De District, Foshan, the People鈥檚 Republic of China, through a wholly owned subsidiary, Foshan Fortuna Hotel Company Limited.
