Hopefluent Group Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. It operates in three segments: property real estate agency services, property real estate agency services and property management services. Its other property related businesses include project consultancy services, mortgage referral and property management. It also offers services, such as property valuation and property auction. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it provided property management services to about 100 residential, office and commercial projects in Guangzhou, Tianjin and Wuhan involving more than 100,000 units of total gross floor area covering 10 million square meters. Its operations are located in Hong Kong and other parts of the People鈥檚 Republic of China. Majority of the Company鈥檚 primary property real estate agency, secondary property real estate agency and property management businesses are located in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. On August 30, 2010, it acquired Firstnet Group Limited.
