The Company operates in two segments: property leasing in Hong Kong and Mainland China, and property sales in Hong Kong. Property leasing segment includes property leasing operation. The Company鈥檚 investment properties portfolio, which consists of retail, office, residential, serviced apartments and carparks are primarily located in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Property sales segment includes development and sale of the Company鈥檚 trading properties in Hong Kong.
