Poly (Hong Kong) Investments Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in property development, property investment and management, hotel operations and its related services, securities investment and construction services. It operates in four segments: Property development business, which comprises property development; Property investment and management, which includes property investment and management; Hotel operation, which includes hotel and restaurant business and its related services, and Other operations, which includes manufacturing and sales of digital discs and others. During the year ended December 31, 2010, construction works with a gross floor area of approximately 3.25 million square meters were commenced. As of December 31, 2010, it had more than 44 projects under construction in with a gross floor area of approximately 17.14 million square meters.
