Tian Shan Development (Holdings) Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is principally engaged in property development. The Company focuses on developing a series of residential properties with design, scenic environment and landscape in selected cities in the Bohai Economic Rim, such as Shijiazhuang, Tianjin and Chengde. The Company鈥檚 property projects include villas, condominiums, duplexes and residential units in multi-storey buildings. In addition to residential property projects, it is also engaged in the development of privately owned industrial complex enterprises in the Bohai Economic Rim. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had a total of 22 property projects in the Bohai Economic Rim. On April 3, 2009, its subsidiary, Tian shan International Investment Company Limited, acquired Dragon China Engineering Limited.
