Kong Sun Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company's subsidiaries are engaged in property investment and development, manufacture and sales of life-like plants. The Company has two operating segments. properties investment and development, and manufacturing and sales of life-like plants. Some of the Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Coast Holdings Ltd., FT Far East Ltd., FT China Ltd., Kingston Property Investment Ltd. and Star Wave Investments Limited. On November 30, 209, the Company dispose of its 100% interest in Pacpo Investments Limited, which carried out the Company鈥檚 financial services operation. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company disposed of the entire equity interests in Kong Sun (China) Investment Limited and its subsidiaries, Pacpo Hong Kong Company Limited and its subsidiaries, Bestwick Limited and Healthy Profit Enterprises Limited and its subsidiaries.
