Chuang's Consortium International Limited is an investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are property investment and development, manufacturing and sale of watch components, merchandise, bonded polyester fabrics and home finishing products, and securities investment and trading. The Company operates in three geographical areas: Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China and other countries. Its subsidiaries include Anshan Chuang鈥檚 Property Development Company Limited, Anshan Chuang鈥檚 Real Estate Development Company Limited, Changsha Chuang鈥檚 Property Development Limited, Chengdu Chuang鈥檚 Investment Services Limited and Chengdu Chuang鈥檚 Property Development Company Limited. During the year ended March 31, 2011, the Company disposed of House B, House C and House D of Deep Water Bay. On April, 7, 2011, the Company has completed the acquisition of Chuang鈥檚 Tower in Central from Chuang鈥檚 China Investments Limited (Chuang鈥檚 China).
