Paladin Limited is an investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company are re-development of a property project at Nos. 8, 10 and 12 Peak Road (the Peak Road Project), investment holding and indent trading. The Company has three segments: property development, property investment and indent trading of merchandise. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company sold it鈥檚 the Peak Road Project located at Nos. 8, 10 and 12 Peak Road, Hong Kong consists of 34 apartment units and a three-storey private house and the gross floor area is approximately 119,000 square feet, 13 apartments. It also sold two apartment units and two car parks. The Company operates located in Hong Kong and People鈥檚 Republic of China. Its subsidiaries include Banhart Company Limited, Bowen Hill Limited, Holyrood Limited and Paladin Trading Limited. Its parent company and ultimate holding company is Five Star Investments Limited (Five Star).
