AMVIG Holdings Limited (AMVIG) is an investment holding company. The Company has two segments: printing of cigarette packages and manufacturing of transfer paper and laser film. In February 2010, the Company completed the disposal of the entire interests of Brilliant Circle International Holdings Limited (Brilliant Circle). In February 2010, the Company acquired the remaining 45% interests in Famous Plus. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include AMVIG Group Limited, AMVIG Investment Limited, Bellgate International Limited, Charm Profit Holdings Limited, Dongguan AMVIG Industrial Co., Ltd and Famous Plus.
