The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include: New Island Printing Company Limited (NIPCL), which is engaged in distribution of paper products; Dongguan New Island Printing Company Limited (DNIP), engaged in production and distribution of paper products; Shanghai New Island Packaging Printing Company Limited (SNIP) and New Island (Shanghai) Paper Products Company Limited (NISPP), engaged in production and distribution of paper products, and NITNS LLC, engaged in provision of marketing services.
