Pak Tak International Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the manufacture, on an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) basis, and trading of men鈥檚, ladies鈥?and children鈥檚 knit-to-shape garments primarily to the Untied States and Europe. The Company operates as a single business segment. Its operations are located in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Thailand. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Addlink Limited, Pak Tak Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited, Pak Tak Knitting & Garment Factory (Thailand) Company Limited, Rich Source Limited and Richtime Knitting Limited. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the five customers of the Company together accounted for approximately 85% of its total turnover.
