The Company operates in three segments: manufacture and sale of garments and textiles, operates the manufacture and sale of garment and textile products, and the provision of garment sub-contracting services; interests in jointly controlled entities, engaged in the manufacturing and sale of textile yarn products, and property leasing, engaged in leases commercial and industrial premises to generate rental income. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Whampoa Textile Limited, Hong Kong Knitters Limited, Easeley Knitwear Limited, Exquisite Knitters (Guangzhou) Limited, Whampoa Garment Manufacturing (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Top Yield Garment Limited, Lavender Garment Limited, and Vestis Limited.
