Win Hanverky Holdings Limited, through its subsidiaries is principally engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and retailing of garment products, including sportswear and related accessories. Sales are primarily under an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) arrangement to customers in Europe, North America and Asia and distribution and retail modes in Mainland China and Hong Kong. The Company has two lines of businesses: Manufacturing Business and Distribution and Retail Business. Its Manufacturing Business operates mainly on OEM basis for international sports brands. Most of its products are exported and sold to Europe and Asia. Distribution and Retail Business segment includes the businesses of distribution of Umbro Products through the T&S Group, distribution of Diadora Products through the Winor Group and retail of multi-brand products and distribution of merchandise through the Win Sports Group.
