Tungtex (Holdings) Company Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of women garments. It operates Betu for retailing in People鈥檚 Republic of China and Zelda, and for wholesale in United States. As of March 31, 2010, there were 165 Betu stores across Mainland China, of which 70 were operated by franchisees. It operates in United States, Canada, Asia and Europe. Its subsidiaries include Do Do Fashion Limited, Dorcash Industrial Limited, Golden Fountain Industrial Company Limited, Sing Yang (Overseas) Limited, Sing Yang Trading Limited, Tung Thai Fashions Limited, Tungtex Trading Company Limited and Tungtex (U.K.) Limited.

Established in 1977 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1988, Tungtex has been dedicated in the manufacture of fine ladies' fashion and is now a leading fashion manufacturing group in the region. For decades we have been entrusted by a wide range of renowned designer labels and international retail stores in supplying quality apparels to their shops.

We also operate own-brand business, namely "Betu" for retailing in the major cities of China, and "Zelda" for wholesale in the U.S. These brands are well received in the market and they are set to grow into a core part of our business in the long term.

Building on our expertise in silk apparel, fine workmanship also extends to other product lines, including silk-blended, linen, cotton and synthetic items. Our core production sites are well established across China and Asian countries. In China, we have presence in Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Panyu, and Hangzhou. In Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam we have also built up strong production capacity with an aim to provide sourcing flexibility to our clients. As a whole, over fifteen million pieces of fine apparel are produced
and shipped to our buyers in North America and Europe every year.
