China Environmental Resources Group Limited, formerly Benefun International Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the business of research, development and application of technologies, manufacture, sale and distribution of products, materials and systems for green market segments. The Company operates in four segments: Technical service income, Sales of organic fertilizers, Sales of environmental machines and Sales of plantation products. On October 13, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of the 100% interest in Ally Goal Limited. On March 23, 2010, it acquired 100% interest in Triple Harvest Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (Triple Harvest Group). During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company discontinued its apparel manufacturing, property development and property rental segments.
