Easyknit Enterprises Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. During fiscal the year ended on 31 March 2011 (fiscal 2011), the Company with its subsidiaries is engaged in sourcing and exporting of cotton-based knitted garments for infants, children and women and property investment. The Company operates in two segments: garment sourcing and exporting, and property investment. The Company has ceased its bleaching, dyeing and knitting manufacturing operations. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Chancemore Limited, Clever Wise Holdings Limited, Gainever Corporation Limited, Grand Profit Development Limited and Easyknit Global Company Limited.

Easyknit Enterprises Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in Bermuda, has its shares listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 1991.

The Group is principally engaged in the businesses of bleaching, dyeing and knitting. 

The Group, coupled with an experienced management team and strong relationship with its customers and suppliers, will continue to explore potential investment projects or businesses with a view to diversifying and expanding its sources of income so as to enhance the shareholders’ returns.
