Dickson Concepts (International) Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the sale of luxury goods. As of March 31, 2011, the Company had 439 shops, including 57 shops in Hong Kong, 271 in China, three in Macau, 80 in Taiwan, 28 in Singapore and Malaysia. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, the Company opened shops for core brands, such as Brooks Brothers, Tommy Hilfiger, Tod鈥檚 and S.T. Dupont, the Company also opened shops for brands, which it has secured exclusive distribution rights for various markets, such as Rolx, Tudor, Chopard, Panerai, Longines, Rado and Oris. In December 2010, the Company launched a beauty concept Beauty Bazaar by Harvey Nichols in Hong Kong. In March 2011, the Company also launched American Eagle Outfitters in Hong Kong.
