ATA Inc. (ATA) is a provider of computer-based testing services. It offers services for the creation and delivery of computer-based tests utilizing the test delivery platform, testing technologies and providing testing services. The computer-based testing services are used for professional licensure and certification tests in various industries, including information technology (IT) services, banking, securities, teaching and insurance. The computer-based testing services clients include professional associations, such as the Securities Association of China, China Banking Association and China Futures Association, and governmental agencies. As of March 31, 2010, the Company鈥檚 test network included 1,988 authorized test centers located throughout the People鈥檚 Republic of China. In February 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Beijing Jindixin Software Technology Company Limited (Beijing JDX) and JDX Holdings Limited (JDX BVI).
